Ruben Crawford

Ruben Crawford is Co-Founder and Managing Director of IMPACT Martial Arts. With his extensive background as a professional fighter – including competing in Bellator MMA and #1 ranking in Germany – he brings not only deep expertise in martial arts but also a sharp sense for strategic training design and personal development.

He holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Executive Coaching. He worked as a founder with the VC fund Antler and also launched an e-learning company focused on education for refugees. As an executive coach, Ruben has worked with leaders across the globe – including CEOs from Fortune 500 companies – helping them elevate their leadership, focus, and performance.

Today, Ruben is primarily focused on growing IMPACT into a space where people can thrive – physically and personally. His unique combination of high-performance sports experience, startup knowledge, and deep psychological insight shapes the strategic direction and culture of the company. As MMA Lead, he is in charge of the overall plan and direction of the MMA program.
