Ruben Crawford

Ruben Crawford is Co-Founder and Managing Director of IMPACT Martial Arts. With his extensive background as a professional fighter – including competing in Bellator MMA and #1 ranking in Germany – he brings not only deep expertise in martial arts but also a sharp sense for strategic training design and personal development.

He holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Executive Coaching. As a founder with the VC fund Antler, he supported early-stage startups and also launched an e-learning company focused on education for refugees. As an executive coach, Ruben has worked with leaders across the globe – including CEOs from Fortune 500 companies – helping them elevate their leadership, focus, and performance.

Today, Ruben is primarily focused on growing IMPACT into a space where people can thrive – physically and personally. His unique combination of high-performance sports experience, startup knowledge, and deep psychological insight shapes the strategic direction and culture of the company.
